No respect...So, yesterday I delivered my first commission. It took me a month, working on and off. As per her request, I did not take a photo to save for my own uses. I met her at my work yesterday, risked getting fired to deliver that portrait to her, and she picks it up and goes: "Oh, that's good. Here you go, it was $XX right?" Tosses the money at me, and leaves with MY ARTWORK in her arms.
I'm officially raising my prices, and trying to become less attached to the pieces I create.
